Shot on the X100T

5 a.m. Up out of bed and out the door.
2 p.m. Back home in bed for an afternoon nap.
It was an early morning, headed up Yang-Ming mountain right as the sun came up. Our family retraced the steps of one of our typical family outings from years back. Before 9 a.m. we were already off the mountain and sitting in a Starbucks by the ocean enjoying a quiet morning.
I think as I get older, I'm more able to appreciate the beauty of mountains and hills. In the past, I thought I was no doubt an ocean person but more and more that has changed. It was definitely nice to spend time with family and to be away from all the busyness and buzz. I'm looking forward to a family trip down to southern Taiwan.
Shot with X100T
X100T. Ever since I sold my X100S last year, it was in preparation for this. However, I knew I was only going to carry my Fuji X-T1 in Europe so I never picked one up till now. Oh how I missed the simplicity of shooting with the X100 series. It's hard to describe why the X100 series cameras are so special but even with the X-T1 and the small 27mm lens, it simply wasn't the same.
The X100T simply makes you want to take photos and it slows you down. Coupled with the WCL and TCL converters, providing a 28mm, 35mm, 50mm combo, it will be my everyday camera. How can you not love this camera, it's simply gorgeous.
