I've got less than a week left in this beautiful city and I hope to explore as many different cafes as possible. This afternoon I decided to check out Blackburn Coffee, and I've got to say it is up there as one of my favorite cafes in Paris. The cafe gave a cozy feeling, and instead of trying to describe it to you, I hope the photos will provide a better idea :)
I love color. So much of my love for photography is for the unique colors captured and therefore I've never been really into black and white photography. I decided to give it a go today, focusing on light that separates shadows and highlights distinctly, lines, and shapes. Even as I write this blog post, I'm not sure black and white is my favorite way of editing these shots, so perhaps you'll see these same shots in color in the next post :)
It was a long day. A cancelled flight, a missed flight, two trips to the airport and 15 hours later I finally made it to Morocco. Worth it? DEFINITELY.
This was my last and final trip of my time here on exchange and it was awesome. Experiencing the culture of a new continent, riding camels, spending the night in tents in the middle of the Sahara desert, and witnessing the beautiful landscapes.
Sunshine. Lots of sunshine. I loved my time at Portugal, not only was it warm, it was also relaxing. Spending a couple of days just sitting by the beach, witnessing unbelievable sunsets, gulping down cups of orange juice, all while reading a book. I would say this trip was probably the most relaxing out of all my travels. You'll see what I mean in the photos.
